Board Member
I have had lifetime involvement in the performing arts. I am an experienced choreographer and director of musicals for schools, youth and community theatre. I have directed, choreographed and performed in musicals at the Arts theatre for companies such as the G and S Society, Therry, The Met and Mayfair Theatre Company over the years. Between 2012 and 2019 I was contracted by Scotch College to stage major school musicals each year as Choreographer or Director including productions of Les Miserable, Legally Blonde, Addams Family, 42nd Street, Jesus Christ Superstar and Westside Story.
I am a qualified dance teacher, experienced in running a performing arts/dance school. I also have experience in all business operations of audio visual and staging company Mosaic Audio Visual including finance, HR and business development, run by my partner Craig Williams.
My current professional role is that of General Manager/Executive Director of Tutti Arts https://tutti.org.au/ which is a multi-arts organisation for learning disabled and neurodiverse artists. Working closely with the Board, Creative Director and other members of the Senior Leadership Team, my role is to lead Tutti to realise its vision, purpose and values by implementing strategies, policies and decisions, managing the various functions and activities of the business, overseeing finances, assets, operations, human resources, communications, stakeholder management and major projects. Employing over 60 staff (approximately 25 fte) and working with 230 disabled and neurodiverse artists Tutti is a unique organisation that receives operational and project funding from Arts SA, and project funding from the Australia Council. Tutti runs studio programs in Visual Arts, Music, Choir and Vocal, Dance, Acting, Screen and digital and is an NDIS registered provider. Tutti is also the home for Disability Led Collectives including Company AT (Autistic Theatre Company) and Sisters of Invention (Cabaret performers and pop group). Tutti is a Not-for-Profit Organisation, and a registered charity. In my role I report directly to the Tutti Arts Board.
For over 20 years I worked in various roles for Novita including Executive Management positions in Disability Services , Allied Health and Early Childhood Intervention. I led transformational change within the organisation with the roll out of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in South Australia.

(ECIA) as National Council Member (Board) and as President of the SA Chapter. Jan 2010- 2018
– Board Member for the Mayfair Theatre Company back in the 1990’s.
